Terms & Conditions (the boring bit)

A place for you to bring your designer and high street clothing & accessories that we will sell on your behalf on a 50/50 basis.

Some of the items that we sell are brand new and can be overruns from manufacturers, end of lines or just someone else’s mistake.

Items need to be no older than 3 years old and in good/as new condition.  We only accept clothes on a seasonal basis. Articles must be washed/dry cleaned & well-pressed.

Please give us an idea of what you paid/expect for them when you drop them off.

Items will be kept for 6 weeks at full price and then reduced for a period of two weeks (subject to your approval).  After this date you can collect your items within 2 weeks or we will pass on to a charity shop.

We will keep a record of any items sold on your behalf and you can telephone to check on any sales.    
 
If you would like to be kept updated on any special offers or events please leave your details.  This will only be used by The Frock Exchange and not passed on to any third party.

We make a note of any items that you are looking for and will telephone you when a suitable article comes in.

Unfortunately we can only offer a credit note within 24 hours of you buying your articles.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
